I dont think you would like them as much as TAP. They sound similar but its a lot more Drone-like in the fact that most of their songs are over 10 minutes, some even over an hour in length. But you could give em a shot if you like. Touched (2007 re-recording) would be your best bet. I think i have that link somewhere if you want...

I don't think I've read it in the previous pages (I just skipped through them) but isn't Wintersun's second album finally meant to come out this year?? (I rarely read metal news and stuff, I just listen to the music Razz)

Yep, the new album called Time is supposed to be released somewhere in 2008. I hope as soon as possible, because I'm waiting too long already. I don't think it can match up the s/t, but it should be a really good album though.

Im just browsing around other forums and finding a few albums im interested in.

Bloodbath (cant believe i forgot about them)
Psycroptic
Dredg
Asesino

So that takes my total up to 51 albums already(!!!)
2008 is gonna be so damn good. It has quite a task to beat 2007 but if it does it will be a superterrifabulous year.

Nope Peter quit the band pretty much right after NMF i think. They had been searching for a new vocalist for ages. Theres been a rumour that Mikael is taking over vocal duties again. And he also hinted at it in a recent interview.

But crap on RTC? Razz I think RTC would be my favourite album of theirs. Cry My Name is awfully brilliant, for musical reasons and a more personal reason Wink haha

Some nice 2008 albums news.
Amon Amarth are planning a late 2008 release
Carpathian Forest planned on recording a new album late 2007 so it should also be released in 2008.

2008 is gonna be a good year.

Wow, I completely missed that one. I liked Death Unlimited, but TDUU was quite boring and annoying (especially the drums). The new EP wasn't bad, I'll give the album a shot. "N" is quite a retarded name though.

Edit: listening now, and I have to say it's way better then TDUU. I don't listen to this kind of stuff that much anymore but I find this really enjoyable. Good thing the drums improved.

Edit 2: Just found out the new Dark Fortress leaked, let's give that one a listen soon.
